The change rooms are always spotless, which really makes a difference. The staff are genuinely lovely and friendly, always greeting you with a smile and happy to help. Big shout out to Madi, Steph, Hana, Andrew, Kat & Josh - you guys always brighten up my day even when I don’t feel like coming to the gym or I’ve had a tough day! There’s a great community vibe here - everyone’s respectful, supportive, and it never feels intimidating. The culture really sets it apart from other gyms. Plus, they’ve got an awesome selection of drinks and snacks to refuel after a session. It’s super affordable for what you get, and you can tell the team take real pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Couldn’t recommend Training Day – Clayton more highly!

5 /5 Gilang Aditama: Moving from the CBD to Clayton a year ago was a big change, and finding a gym that felt right took time. I discovered Training Day last December, just 800m from home and spent months checking out their website, Instagram, and reviews before I finally built up the courage to walk in. From that very first visit, I felt welcomed. Madie greeted my friend and me with warmth and gave us a tour, and then Hana helped us sign up for memberships. A couple of weeks later, I started training and was paired with Ronnie, who is now my personal trainer. Even after just two sessions, his guidance and support have already made a huge impact. For many people, joining a gym might feel simple, but for me, this was a big step. I’m proud of myself for starting this journey and grateful to have found such a supportive team. Training Day has turned what felt intimidating into something exciting, and I’m looking forward to staying consistent and reaching my goals here. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
