Stronghold Strength & Wellness - VIC

Vignesh Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at Stronghold strength and fitness. The trainer christian is very friendly, motivating and extremely qualified. Even with having a very busy work life, Christian has found a way for me to fit training into my schedule and stay super motivated to keep pushing each week. Christian has been very supportive, takes the time to get to know you and what your goals are and never makes you feel under pressure. Would highly recommend!!!

Anytime Fitness - VIC

Jiya Dewat Honestly, it’s the best AF I’ve ever been to. The staff are all extremely welcoming, and the gym is very clean. Most people wipe down the equipment after use, which is great. There’s lockable bag storage and plenty of well-maintained machines. I’d def recommend this location over any other AF I’ve been .

The Eltham Centre - VIC

Anushka Camm This is a review directed towards the MayWhit cafe. The Better Health gym is excellent. Usually, our experience is 5 stars, but todays its three Me and my partner (who have invisible disabilities) arrived a little too early to go swimming, so my partner went to go sit in the cafe while i went to the loo. We often sit in the cafe and wait to go in, and we havent experienced this before. While i was in the loo, my partner was targeted by the dark haired lady (after the blonde lady was whispering to to her while looking at my partner), demanding him to order something, while holding a card machine. He explained he was waiting for me to come back and to go into the pool, but she asked him to leave if he wasnt ordering anything! There were multiple people (mostly women, and children, i may add) who were waiting like he was and they were not made to order anything. There was even people eating lunch they had brought with them. When my partner told me what happened, i decided to go back into the cafe by myself and sit quietly - like my partner. Yhe blonde haired lady even came over to clean the table mext to me, so my presence was known. I was not demanded to order anything, nor leave. This proved that - for whatever reason - they did not want a lone, male patron in their cafe. Even if that was not what they intended, its definitely how it came across to us. I saw another review similar to this one, and its shocking that this isnt the first time this has happened.

Move Moore - VIC

Mitchell Arbuckle For all my life Ive been a skinny guy and no matter how much I ate, I just couldnt put on any mass. Ive always been active and fell in love with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from my early twenties. I figured the gym would help prevent injuries and ensure the longevity of this hobby I want to do for the rest of my life. Id never set foot in a gym before and decided that as I progress from my late twenties into my thirties and beyond, I need to maintain and future-proof my body. When I had a call with Josh, I told him my expectations. I was keen to train with him and promised myself that I was going to commit to his plan that he gave me which was a lower/upper split, training 3 days a week. This worked perfectly within my busy schedule. Before starting, I had imbalances in my back muscles (from a previous injury when I fell off a skateboard) and a sore lower back. Since training with Josh, those issues have gone away. Josh has a similar shared passion to mine in Jiu Jitsu and tailored specific workouts that include a range of motion movements and compound exercises that compliment the various positions that your body goes under in Jiu Jitsu. Ive learned so much from training with Josh. There are so many details I would have missed if I wasnt training with him and Im sure I would have messed up my joints if I had chosen to figure it out by myself. I went from 64kg to 74kg in less than a year and continued to train with Josh for a total of 18 months. To anyone feeling stuck in a similar situation, I can confidently say that perseverance pays off. The investment in Move Moore and training with Josh was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to make significant progress.

Western Sydney University Gym Bankstown - VIC

Jason Deng The gym is very clean , tidy, weights on racks all the time and the members and staff are very friendly. You never have to worry about parking space more than a few hundred available.
