One of the best parts is how family-friendly it is. Kids are welcome, which has been a game-changer for me as a mum. Beyond that, the gym has been a huge help for my mental health, offering a space to relieve anxiety and feel genuinely cared for. A big shoutout to Laura, who is not only a knowledgeable and experienced personal trainer but also incredibly cool and easy to get along with. After having children, she helped me address my ab separation and more recently went above and beyond by adjusting all the group workouts to accommodate my broken ankle. Her personalized support and positive attitude have been such a blessing.
