Tyne Zenner The Mumma Moves program is perfect for all postpartum mums and mums wanting to return to exercise. Julie is an amazing trainer who genuinely cares for all her clients. Julie knows how to safely guide her clients in a safe and supportive way whilst challenging us when the time is right. She has created a very special community at the gym and one now I hope to be apart of for many years to come. I love that I can bring my 5 month old baby to the gym with me and feel supported to care for him while exercising. It’s been a game changer in my postpartum recovery. I strongly encourage anyone considering this program to give it ago because you definitely won’t regret it! Thanks Julie you’re the best xx
