Veronica Thomas I have been visiting this studio for several months now and I love it!! I often go on a different day each week, so I have had the privilege of meeting all of the instructors and they are all wonderful. All very different in their own way, but each one incredibly warm, knowledgable and very engaging. The hour goes by so quickly and I always walk away feeling grounded, fit (and toned) and happy! Jess the owner is also a legend and has done a brilliant job with curating a welcoming /calming space. 100/10

Melita Nick Sharp is very funny and fun to work out with. His upbeat personality and high energy helps make the training sessions very enjoyable. Nicks gym is relatively small but clean and organised with lots of light and a lovely vibe. Its a friendly space with a community spirit and people working impressively hard. Recommend.

MSPT Coaching - VIC

Karen Lea I just completed an 8 week strength program with Marco and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I always felt great after our PT sessions and thoroughly enjoyed the program Marco set for me in the MSPT Coaching app which was very easy to use. I’m not new to strength training, but Marco was still able to teach me so much and give me the confidence to try new/different exercises, many of which I intend to incorporate in to my future training sessions. I really like that Marco takes time to find out how his clients are feeling before and during PT sessions and tailors the workout accordingly. He pushes you at the right times. Marco doesn’t just assume you know what you’re doing, he takes the time explain things so you do it right and avoid injury. I highly recommend Marco as a personal trainer.
