Kieser Mont Albert - VIC

KATHY KATOPODIS I started Keiser 6 weeks ago & have seen much improvement with my physical disabilities. I was not able to walk more than 200 steps without having some sort of pain. Going shopping I would always use a scooter to get around. Monday I achieved 8000 steps and only used a trolley to go shopping. My friends are amazed how quickly I have strengthened my core, back & leg muscles. Thank you to all the amazing staff for their support and encouragement.
