Pick It Up Fitness - VIC

Davide Tomassoni I’ve been coming to Pick it up fitness for about a month now, and I’m keen to share my experience - they certainly deserve a shout out! Firstly, I’ve started noticing early results - spanning beyond just getting stronger and increasing lean muscle mass. I’ve noticed I’ve started to enjoy working out again- after stagnating for years in low cost, low accountability gyms. They have fresh workouts every week and push you without compromising form. They check-in regularly, and can modify workouts/exercises to account for any concerns or existing injuries. Secondly, when you join PIUF, you truly join a community. The friendly trainers all know you by name, and have built a safe and supportive environment for everyone to thrive! This is clearly reflected in the positive energy and the bonds we form with our working-out team! Lastly, but certainly not least is the flexibility around workouts. This refers to both the timing of classes, which can accommodate varied working hours (including night shifts), as well as the option for a more HIIT/cardio workout or more strength based training in each session, as well as a weekly running club. Definitely worth a look and/or a trial - Michael, Kath and the team are awesome, and very accomodating! Cheers guys!

Carly E Easily the best gym I’ve ever been to, I love it! Beth and the girls give one on one attention perfecting your technique and guiding week by week for you to progress. Honestly gives you the confidence you didn’t know you had in you. The programme is set up to focus on consistency so you can safely progress which I haven’t had at other gyms. The support you get from everyone at the gym just gets you more excited to push yourself when it comes time to testing. As a bonus everyone that trains there are so lovely, it’s a vibe, highly recommend gals!

He doesn’t just guide you through a workout — he actually teaches you the principles behind every movement so you understand what you’re doing and why. That education has helped me carry the same technique, intensity, and form into my own solo workouts, which is something I’ve never experienced with other trainers. Arash is friendly, knowledgeable, and knows exactly how to get the best out of you without ever making the session feel overwhelming. He pushes you in the right way, keeps you motivated, and genuinely cares about your progress. If you want a trainer who helps you achieve results while also equipping you with the knowledge to train confidently on your own, he’s the one to work with.
