Fitness First Carlingford - VIC

Tanay Birje Equipment is old and lacks variety. The 30/week cost is unreasonable especially when much newer gyms around charge less. Only one leg extension machine which is often out of order. The staff is great. I dont see myself continue to workout here much longer. Edit: they add more machines/equipments, its much better now!

The team here has always been incredibly friendly, supportive, and genuinely invested in creating a positive environment for everyone who walks through the door. With the new location opening this month, the space feels better than ever — fresh, well-designed, and even more inviting. The staff continue to go above and beyond, always accommodating and approachable, and the overall vibe is exactly what you want in a community gym: warm, motivating, and consistent. I’ve always loved Anytime Fitness Hastings and I’m grateful for the atmosphere they’ve created over the years. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym that feels like home.

Momentum Performance Training - VIC

Eliza Dunn The team at Momentum are fantastic! Not only is this a great gym where the trainers help ensure you challenge yourselves and work to your goals, it’s such a nice community to be part of. I’ve struggled with consistency and putting myself first but I wanted a gym I’d actually enjoy going to. All the people and trainers are amazing, if you’re looking to join a great group and be supported to achieve your goals, this is the place to be!

Sculpt And Burn - VIC

Gary Wild I have been a member of sculpt and burn for 6 months now and have seen a massive improvement in my strength and posture. Darren’s processes of getting me to use the correct techniques and encouraging me to increase weight at the right times has led to my overall improvements. I have been progressing weekly and he continues to set goals and targets to keep up motivation. The circuit sessions the gym runs are a great addition to the weight lifting class. Even with a maximum number of people in the class there is still a personal feel to each session with Darren always on hand to answer questions or correct form.
