Belinda Yee Core Principles offers a really great semi-private personal training service. The trainers are very professional and friendly and the classes are both challenging and fun. I’ve been struggling to put in place a consistent gym routine when training on my own but having the support of the trainers and the small group class structure has changed the way I approach training and I now look forward to working out! I’ve noticed a big difference in my fitness level and I’m feeling great. Thanks Gene and the Core Principles team!
