Adults Dance Classes & Zumba With Zoe - VIC

Christine Tarquinio I have recently started beginner tap classes with Zoe and I cant believe how much fun I am having. Zoe is so welcoming and inclusive and teaches technique for all skill levels in the class so everyone gets to learn something new. Zoe has a way of engaging the whole group.with fun choreography and great music. There are a few different styles of dance classes on offer as well. I highly recommend checking out one of her classes.

Becs Health and Fitness - VIC

Navroz Sodhi Bec has been my trainer for almost a year now and has been amazing - guiding me through a pregnancy where we focused on developing pelvic floor strength that made my postpartum recovery really smooth, and worked on strengthening my body to reduce impact of shoulder bursitis and weak hips/knees. She was able to adapt many exercises to work around my many issues while ensuring I still built strength. She is also qualified to provide nutrition advice and has informally helped me get an understanding of my nutrition requirements especially to manage inflammation. Beyond the fitness, she’s a gem of a person and so easy to get along with!
