The classes are well structured and a great balance between technique, fitness and fun. azad khasim One of my favorite gyms is the one in Homebush. Although it became crowded with lots of equipment within a year, the reason I love it is because of the friendly and welcoming staff who treat you exceptionally well. Moreover, they diligently maintain the gym, ensuring it is always clean and tidy.

Karen Young Graham is both professional, and knowledgeable, making exercise good fun and beneficial. It’s always a pleasure to attend class and I consider him both a friend and trainer. I have been attending class with Graham for many years and he is constantly adjusting my program to suit my level of fitness ensuring I get the best benefit from class. With good humour and gentle encouragement he makes what seems impossible achievable.

FUNCTN: Osteo, Physio & Clinical Pilates - VIC
Rob Pisano You won’t find a more professional, skilled, and genuinely awesome bunch of humans than this team. Michael and Peter are incredible at what they do, and Andrew is hands-down the best physio I’ve ever come across. He literally had my wife off crutches and out of a knee brace after just one visit. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough for physio, osteo, and clinical Pilates. Thanks legends, for everything you’ve done for our family and helping us stay healthy.
