Da H Terrible communication! I took jewellery in for repair and was told the owner would contact me with a quote, but she didnt. After I followed up, I was told that my jewellery would be ready in a few days and then I didnt hear anything for three weeks. When I sent a text asking if it was ready, I got no reply and when I went into the store it was shut because their opening hours arent up to date in Google. When I went in a third time, I was told that the owner wasnt there, but would contact me that day. Once again, she didnt and I had to ring her again in order to finally collect my jewellery. She was rude and absolutely unapologetic about the entire saga. Cannot recommend.

I only gave Karla 5 weeks notice and didnt have much of an idea in mind other than some general thoughts about how I wanted the engagement ring to look. Karla worked through a number of designs until we settled on the perfect design. The ring came out absolutely stunning and I couldnt have been happier. Picked up the ring the day before I proposed and the rest is history. Will be back to design wedding rings soon ❤️
