My mother, who is a regular customer of my gem bought me a necklace for my birthday which unfortunately didn’t suit. I went into the store myself to replace the necklace with one better suited, the necklace I chose was much less extravagant than and the one my mother chose, so I had a feeling it would be less expensive. However, before I knew it, the lady told me it was more expensive but giving me a discount to the same price.
Not thinking too much about it, I went away and opened the box, realising the pricetag had been ripped off. There were a couple of these necklaces on display, so I went back into the store and asked her to show me the pricetag of the like necklaces.
To my shock (but with my gut instincts), the necklace was $70 cheaper! I asked the lady why she overcharge me, and she had the nerve to call me rude and distrusting.
I am absolutely shocked and outraged. Do not trust this place!

JJD Left my Longines watch overnight for a battery replacement for which I received a written quotation of $20.00. On picking the watch up on the following day I was charged $50.00 and informed the increase was due to the brand of watch. I was further informed that I would be charged something in the vicinity of $250 for a battery replacement if I sent the watch to the manufacturer. Cant complain about the prompt service, but certainly do with the inflated price for a battery. Will not get my custom again.
