Caroline Wareham Utterly hopeless, I made a time to come and view a ring. They said any time until 4.30pm and so I said I would arrive about 4pm. I arrived at 4 exactly and they were shut! (1 hours drive wasted!!!) When I phoned, he said his partner was supposed to be there and he would phone her and ring me back. (I stupidly waited 15min - of course he didn’t ring me back!)
