Siew Kin Loh Kristy is the best Asian Skin Beautician that I ever came across in Melbourne. she started her profession in Hong Kong and continued to practice it since she arrived Australia. Ive been with her for the past 9 years and she always recommended a right treatment to suit my skin conditions upon every visit. She is passionate about beauty and constantly developing herself and her professional skills. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for facial treatment.

Lyn Tan Out of this world experience with the manual face lift from Jules. Facial tension was released and I felt and saw the difference immediately. Highly recommend as a self care treatment or regular maintenance. So relaxing I fell asleep a couple of times! Can’t live without this indulgence now.

Rebecca Paterson Mahta did an absolutely amazing job on my eyelash extensions. I havent had my lashes done for quite some time and l was so impressed with Mahtas attention to detail and how meticulous she was with perfecting my lashes. Mahta is incredibly lovely and personable and l would definitely go back for my lashes again and again. Georgia Magann I recently had anti-wrinkle injections with nurse Lauren at ToxFill&Lift Aesthetix and I could not recommend her enough! As someone that has worked in the beauty industry for the past 10years, I have had treatments from plenty of cosmetic injectors and I can confidently say that nurse Lauren has by far the best technique for both results and pain free treatments! Pauline Lai I had an amazing experience at M3 Hair and Beauty. The staff was friendly and professional, and the space felt clean and relaxing. My stylist, Eric, gave me a fantastic haircut, exactly how I wanted it. During the hair wash, I got to sit in a massage chair, which made it extra relaxing, and they even served me a great cup of coffee. The whole experience felt more like a mini spa day. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone who values both style and comfort.

Thanks Paula again! Great example of what customer service should be! Went in for my 2nd visit after being satisfied with my 1st. Unfortunately second time wasnt as good. Had full set pedicure and manicure done including Shellac removal for $110 which was fine. The pedicure and Shellac were done really well but definitely not happy with my Manicure and and finished nails. Service was friendly but did struggle with communication. Towards the end they had to add an extra layer for the nails but the lady left it to a junior who basically had to redo the last layer over multiple times. I mentioned finish was not even and there were obvious lumps but she insisted itd even out with the final cost. Was not the case and I had to leave but really not happy with my nails now. Theyre messy, uneven and just not what I expected what what I paid for. They really shouldnt have let a junior to finish it up. Will try and go back if I can have them fix this up.

Brinda Bajaj I tried beau gel nails for the first time. And I must say I love it! Love the shine and most importantly the strength. Iv had this set on for a little over a week its as good as day 1! No cracks or chips, no fading or peeling. Artist Liya did a fantastic job! She is professional and polite.

Nasrin Nassiri I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. The pedicure was poorly done—the technician didn’t clean my nails properly, and the massage was practically nonexistent. It felt rushed and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the time or money. Paid $40 for normal nail polish.I won’t be coming back.
