Gayathri Arnold I booked a haircut on a Saturday and when I turned up, I was told that the hairdresser had had an emergency and they had my incorrect phone number. Fair enough - these things happen.
So, I rebooked for a few days later and corrected my phone number. When I turned up for my appointment, I was told that they were running an hour behind. Again, I understand, but they could have given me a courtesy call and checked whether I wanted to keep my appointment!
I did not use their services and I doubt I ever will.
