5 /5 TIANYI LI: I had my wisdom tooth removed today by Dr. Xu at 1A Dental Clinic, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The tooth was particularly complex, its root had a hooked shape, growing in multiple directions and deeply anchored in the gum and upper jawbone. Despite the challenges, Dr. Xu and his team carried out the procedure with exceptional skill and care. I felt completely at ease throughout, and even after the anaesthetic wore off, I experienced no pain and was able to drink cold beverages, eat, and attend university as normal. Over the past five years, I’ve felt incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Xu as my dentist. He has resolved all my dental issues, including many that have been present since childhood. Dr. Xu is truly one of the best dentists I’ve ever met in Melbourne, and I highly recommend him and his team to anyone seeking expert, compassionate dental care. Dr. Xu and his team made me feel so relieved and assured after they explained, analysed and designed my treatment plan step by step with me. The whole process was very smooth, consistent, gradual and efficient. After three months’ treatment, I can finally smile with confidence. Dr. Xu’s professionalism and modesty are impressive. Another important thing worth mentioning is that the payment system is also very considerate and fair. It has been a great and comfortable experience. However, the gentle approach and great patience from Dentist Xu had eased my kids into their routine check without any hassles. Great service and very professional. Easy to understand explanation for issues/concerns and services required. Dentist Xu has many years of experience in the profession whom I would highly recommend to people around.
