Dylan Eric Lee-Anne, Ramona and Dr Kris. Thank you for your kindness, compassion and professionalism. We came to you in a time of desperate need and you looked after us so well. I am happy to report our little girl and her unicorn are back in action today after yesterdays procedure. It was also nice to come to a clinic with specialised equipment and technology suited for children. Dr Kris has a lot of experience and knowledge, and what we learned yesterday in 1hr will help us manage our childs teeth for many years to come. I would not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and family any day of the week. It is so nice to see professionals at the top of their game, who are passionate at what they do and doing so with humility, grace and kindness.

My family has seen Dr Lisa and Dr Vicky, both doctors are very professional, reassuring and good at comforting patients. They explain thoroughly the problems and treatment plan. Emma Peng I have had two dental visits with Dr. Fan. The first time was for a filling, and the second time was for a tooth extraction. Each experience was very good, and the fees were very reasonable, which makes international students without insurance dare to go to the dentist in Australia. Especially yesterdays wisdom tooth extraction, the technique was very professional, and it was extracted in less than a minute. He also gave me extra gauze to prevent bleeding when I got home, and then he patiently told me the precautions. The most amazing thing is that this time I had the wisdom tooth extracted, the anesthesia wore off and it didnt hurt at all. Today I can eat normally. I have had three wisdom teeth extracted in China before, and each time I was in great pain after the anesthesia wore off, and it was difficult to open my mouth. This time it was really a pleasant surprise. Dr. Fan also seriously told me to pay attention to oral hygiene and take good care of my teeth~
