Not gain access to the lift initially, after repeatedly pressing the call button gained access. Then once in the lift, doors closed and the lift would not elevate after the floor required was requested. I had to press the open door buttons to get out . I called up to reception no reply, I struggled then to climb the flight of stairs gripping the single hand rail to be greeting by two people having a lovely chat and giggling behind the counter . If it was not for my dentist Bilal I would not be returning . In fact I’m looking at alternatives for both myself and my husband whom is a pt there also. So very disappointing, what happened to respect and customer focused best practice?
