The level of service has always been excellent, and I trust her completely with our dental care. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment you walk in. What I appreciate most is how approachable Dr. Dalisay is, she takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure we all feel at ease, even the kids. 1 /5 A: Very disappointed! They were so unprofessional and unorganised. Both dentist and assistants had no clue what they were doing and kept going back and forth. I’ve never seen a dentist ask an assistant “what to do next” because she was unsure herself … I was in a lot of pain for just a SIMPLE procedure and it took way longer than it should’ve. I ended up going to a different dentist where everything went sooo smoothly and pain-free. It just shows how this place is very unorganised and they don’t consider your time and the comfort of their patients. Never coming back here again!

5 /5 Neil Valmeo: Been going here for years. Very competitive pricing for their quality of services. Dr Sybil and staff are all very friendly and professional. Cozy and welcoming environment. Highly recommended if you live out in the north west/western area if you value fair pricing and good services. Easy to get to as it is next to public transport.
