D K Ive been a patient of Dr Alins for some time. This included 4 wisdom teeth extractions and filings and multiple cleanings. Hes usually runs on time. The detail clinic sends text messages to remind you of appointments with 24 hours or more. It also has a childrens play area for young kids and plenty of places to park.

Aruni M I have been going for treatments at this place for about six years. I had my worst experience in six years when I got a severe tooth ache. I was sitting there crying for help. They did nothing at all other than keep me waiting. They dont know how to handle an emergency. Front staff is horrible. This used to be a better place earlier. Not anymore. Even the practicing dentists are not the same staff as earlier. Thank you very much. Lets talk about the 3 D scan that was never wanted. Exposing me to 20 times more radiation. You are never acceping. Did I asked you to cancel someone s appointment? I was totally ignored and mistreated. You are never accepting.

Ant Man I first met Zlatko around 20 years ago for a dental consultation for a second opinion. My money hungry dentist at the time had quoted me in excess of $5,000 for dental work. Zlatko with his years of expertise and professionalism explained to me my options and fixed my dental issue at a fraction of the price. Needless to say, Zlatko has been my dentist ever since that first meeting. I trust him and I am happy to travel 45 minutes each way to visit Zlatko for my dental treatments and will continue to do so. I highly rate and recommend Zlatko. Zlatko and his lovely team are always friendly and welcoming with big smiles and that makes me feel like I am a friend or even a member of their family even though I am not. A Very disappointed! They were so unprofessional and unorganised. Both dentist and assistants had no clue what they were doing and kept going back and forth. I’ve never seen a dentist ask an assistant “what to do next” because she was unsure herself … I was in a lot of pain for just a SIMPLE procedure and it took way longer than it should’ve. I ended up going to a different dentist where everything went sooo smoothly and pain-free. It just shows how this place is very unorganised and they don’t consider your time and the comfort of their patients. Never coming back here again!

Mai Lam I recently took my son to this dentist for the first time. The dentist was very polite, gentle, punctual and very patient with my son. My son was very nervous and scared getting his filling done. While we were sitting in the waiting room, the patient before us had autism, he was very loud and was difficult getting his teeth clean. I heard the receptionist told the social worker that the dentist is not charging for the clean fee. We should have more dentist like that helping out the disability people. Would highly recommend to family and friends or to who ever is looking for a dentist with a heart.
