1 /5 Sarah Wynd: Wasted our time during conjob. We travelled from NE Vic for an apt for our daughter. Admin informed us that we could attend and we were welcome to bring our own RAT which we did. Got down there to find that was incorrect. With the doc himself greeting us dressed as madman in the infectious disease ward waving a 6 inch swab. There wasnt any consideration for our reasons to decline and perform a standard RAT nor for the distance we had travelled when we were refused service. The irony is our daughter was required to test, go figure. EVERY aspect of testing to the vax is illegal and anyone who has partaken should be tried and served according to the Nuremberg code. We ended up at another local clinic where the bedside manner was impeccable, no conjob rubbish and was so much more of a pleasure to deal with. FYI - Im the parent not the patient, so my name wont be on the system.

5 /5 Rima Davis: Our 6 months old baby girl has been having feeding difficulties since birth. Inspite of specifically asking to check for ties, was brushed aside by countless others as a behavioural issue. This mamas gut couldnt just let it go! After scouring the internet,I found Dr. K....and low and behold Dr.K and his team did not disappoint. I found Dr. K, Gabby,the nurse, receptionists all to be warm , courteous, succinct and no BS. Dr. K has specialised in ties and one can tell he knows what hes talking about without fluff . His experience and know- how to get things done efficiently and effectively is commendable. Thank You Dr. K and your exceptional team! P.S: My girl had tongue,lip and cheek tie released by Dr.K and is feeding heaps better:)

5 /5 Hoa Lam Stefan Megerle: Had a great experience with Dr J Kestenberg and Team. Found out daughter had a tongue and lip tie at 4mths so our lactation consultant refer us to him and glad we made the decision to get it done. Dr Kestenberg and Team explained everything and it was done fast. My daughter wasn’t feeding more than 10-20mls at a time and would really fuss. Since she had the procedure she been drinking 60-120mls and not fussing about 3 weeks later! Saw the difference straight away. Thank you and would recommend

5 /5 Tanya Blazevic: After 11.5 months of numerous medical appointments; 3x Lactation Consultants, 2x Paediatricians, 1x Royal Childrens Feeding clinic, 2x Allergists, and still our child was unable to swallow properly, Dr Kestenberg was our last resort. After our fist consultation, he immediately recognised that my child had a tongue & lip tie which meant she was unable to clear her palate, and therefore swallowing her food was difficult. As soon as we had the procedure, she started asking for food & has been catching up ever since (18 months old now). I am only sorry, that Dr K wasnt our first resort. Would 100% recommend for all things ties related.

5 /5 Hanna Hughes: Dr Jeffery Kestenberg released my Sons whole mouth at 7 weeks old. He is now 4 years old and from a very young age has been complimented on how clear his speech is I highly doubt this would be the case if we left it un treated.The release didn’t solve breastfeeding concerns, having said this looking back I would still get it done for minimising the developmental issues that go along with Tie’s. P.s its far from pretty procedure to watch your child go through but done within seconds.
