The quality is top tier and they explain your dental issues professionally with understanding. Being a regular with lots of dental issues Dr Ricky has been great at helping me with the best care. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Katelin Hoskin Coburg Dental Clinic were very thorough giving information about the procedure and the after care. The dentist, dental nurse and lactation consultant all spent time discussing everything with us. The cost also included two follow up consultations to make sure everything was healing appropriately. Very professional and caring environment.

Catherine berryman This is the best dentist I have ever been to (and I have been to many over my many decades of life!) - every staff member is welcoming, polite and friendly, the clinic is spotless and modern, the dentists are lovely - professional and excellent with kids; and their pricing is very reasonable. They even have parking at the back of the clinic. Going to a dentist where you feel welcome, get treated well, and have your dental needs met without needing to sell a kidney to afford it, is a great thing indeed. Highly recommended!

Denique I had an appointment here a few weeks ago, when I came here no one greeted me and I sat in the waiting room for 10minutes before someone finally came to the reception. I could hear them talking in the back and even after ringing the bell I was left waiting. When I saw the dentist it was way too quick and I felt like my teeth were not properly examined or cleaned. They did not check my gum health or floss my teeth like most dentists I’ve been to would. There was barely any communication and it just felt like a money grab. Whole appointment took less than 30minutes including the waiting time. Maybe I just got unlucky but it didn’t feel very welcoming or helpful.

Sarah Wynd Wasted our time during conjob. We travelled from NE Vic for an apt for our daughter. Admin informed us that we could attend and we were welcome to bring our own RAT which we did. Got down there to find that was incorrect. With the doc himself greeting us dressed as madman in the infectious disease ward waving a 6 inch swab. There wasnt any consideration for our reasons to decline and perform a standard RAT nor for the distance we had travelled when we were refused service. The irony is our daughter was required to test, go figure. EVERY aspect of testing to the vax is illegal and anyone who has partaken should be tried and served according to the Nuremberg code. We ended up at another local clinic where the bedside manner was impeccable, no conjob rubbish and was so much more of a pleasure to deal with. FYI - Im the parent not the patient, so my name wont be on the system.

Rima Davis Our 6 months old baby girl has been having feeding difficulties since birth. Inspite of specifically asking to check for ties, was brushed aside by countless others as a behavioural issue. This mamas gut couldnt just let it go! After scouring the internet,I found Dr. K....and low and behold Dr.K and his team did not disappoint. I found Dr. K, Gabby,the nurse, receptionists all to be warm , courteous, succinct and no BS. Dr. K has specialised in ties and one can tell he knows what hes talking about without fluff . His experience and know- how to get things done efficiently and effectively is commendable. Thank You Dr. K and your exceptional team! P.S: My girl had tongue,lip and cheek tie released by Dr.K and is feeding heaps better:)

Hoa Lam Stefan Megerle Had a great experience with Dr J Kestenberg and Team. Found out daughter had a tongue and lip tie at 4mths so our lactation consultant refer us to him and glad we made the decision to get it done. Dr Kestenberg and Team explained everything and it was done fast. My daughter wasn’t feeding more than 10-20mls at a time and would really fuss. Since she had the procedure she been drinking 60-120mls and not fussing about 3 weeks later! Saw the difference straight away. Thank you and would recommend

Tanya Blazevic After 11.5 months of numerous medical appointments; 3x Lactation Consultants, 2x Paediatricians, 1x Royal Childrens Feeding clinic, 2x Allergists, and still our child was unable to swallow properly, Dr Kestenberg was our last resort. After our fist consultation, he immediately recognised that my child had a tongue & lip tie which meant she was unable to clear her palate, and therefore swallowing her food was difficult. As soon as we had the procedure, she started asking for food & has been catching up ever since (18 months old now). I am only sorry, that Dr K wasnt our first resort. Would 100% recommend for all things ties related.

Hanna Hughes Dr Jeffery Kestenberg released my Sons whole mouth at 7 weeks old. He is now 4 years old and from a very young age has been complimented on how clear his speech is I highly doubt this would be the case if we left it un treated.The release didn’t solve breastfeeding concerns, having said this looking back I would still get it done for minimising the developmental issues that go along with Tie’s. P.s its far from pretty procedure to watch your child go through but done within seconds.

Ankit Kumar Sharma Update 28/11/2024: In response to my original review detailing their last-minute cancellation, the clinics management contacted me with an extreme response. Instead of addressing the concerns raised, they aggressively told me that they no longer wish to serve me as a patient and suggested I seek dental care elsewhere. Instead of attempting to understand the customers perspective, they chose to react dismissively. Really disappointed by clinics behavior both in their initial appointment cancellation and subsequent customer interaction. Old review: Extremely disappointed with this clinics handling of appointments. I had scheduled my sons regular dental checkup for Saturday and arranged our entire day around this appointment. To our shock, we received a cancellation message merely 1 hour before the scheduled time. My multiple attempts to reach the clinic went straight to voicemail, and they only returned my call after 15-20 minutes. When they finally called back, I was simply informed that the doctor was very busy for the rest of the month and they couldnt offer comparable time slots for rescheduling. This last-minute cancellation forced us to seek emergency care at another dental clinic, resulting in higher out-of-pocket expenses. The irony is that this same clinic charges patients a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. However, when they cancel on patients with just an hours notice, theres apparently no accountability or compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs incurred by patients. This behavior not only disrupted our entire day but also resulted in unnecessary financial burden.

Augustus Hebblewhite The best bulk billing clinic Ive found so far. Tends to run on time, online booking system that actually works, and my experience with the doctors and pathologist have been positive (fast, no-nonsense, diagnosis and prescriptions in line with what I would have expected).

Issam After 15 years attending various doctors at this clinic, I missed an appointment due to sickness. Called in and explained. Next time went to make an appointment with same doctor I was told "he has instructed us that he wont be seeing you anymore, youre welcome to see another doctor" Why? No explanation, Doc hiding behind the wall of receptionists. Didnt make me feel welcome or valued at all. So much for putting care over financial interests, sorry for missing my appoinment doc!

LVO Appalling patient care. Dr Muhannad Al -Jaber is more concerned about money than he is your welfare. I was left in tears during my consult as he told me off for making the wrong appointment. In consultation with the receptionist we agreed that I should book a prescription appt. It was a Saturday therefore an extra charge was made for a general consult but not a prescription consult. I was happy to pay the charge, there was no issue here, but I honestly thought I was going back to the clinic for a follow up to get a script only. I was accused of lying on numerous occasions because I should have chosen the appt with the extra charge. He would not allow me to explain myself and insisted on accusing me (and others) of lying when making appts. I was very unwell with RSV, and to be shown no care or compassion was appalling. I was in tears for the last part of the appt and he did not care. If I didnt need the antibiotic script I would have walked out. I have lodged a complaint with the practice manager Samina - I am waiting on her response. Youve been warned, do not go here if you need a professional.

Cherylee Gokool I rang to book an appt today in the morning receptionist could not even speak english I asked her 3 times to repeat what she was saying I gave up and booked online a telehealth appt for 4pm its almost 7pm still no phone call I rang the clinic at approx at 5pm asking about my appt i had also asked if they have the right contact number receptionist said yes I will follow it up still no phone call so I rang again approx 6pm spoke to same male receptionist he said they have called you on the wrong number ...not happy its the receptionist duty to update patient record details
