Judy Shin They have staff named Sharon and I experience the worst customer service with her. Their system is bit weired the stock is there so you purchase, but than after the payment, they call you and saying it is sold out and ask you if you want to wait. Maybe I shouldnt say I want to wait. It made you waiting for 4 weeks to get the stock but they are not sure when to arrive. They said its would take up to 2 weeks at first, but there is no follow up if it takes longer. But when you tried to ask on the date, they treat you like annoying customer. That is the funny part cause if your stock is getting late, it is your responsibility to let customer know. Not the other way around.
They have Jess, who are always helping but most of the time Sharon will take the order and do the customer service. I guess it is not a good idea since I can see the review below.
They can make customer waiting for 4 weeks but looks like they cant wait for not even 1 hour for them to pick up since she just call me and ask me to come within 30 minutes.
If you are small business owener, it is not a best idea to do the business with them. It is absolutely unneccesary emotional waste plus extended waiting time. That makes your customer wait and ruin your mood as well.
