1 /5 Sandra Avery: My mum who is 79 went to get her haircut, told the hairdresser she didnt want her hair washed (as she washed it only an hour before) and was told it was part of the service then she told her she didnt want it blow dried as she likes it to dry naturally. The hairdresser said they needed to to check the hair cut and blow waved it dry anyway. The haircut ended costing my mum $75. Extras she asked not to have and did not want.

2 /5 Tracey Brunswick: Waited over 40 min to be served when they did finally they Washed my sons hair without asking me as he is older but u18 and I was there but out of view due to seating arrangement, he was unaware of extra charge and wasn’t advised , I see this as taking advantage of his youth, the completed look was good but asked for trim and they shaved areas and shortened a lot instead of just thinning and tidy up again influencing him - the real issue was they then charged me adult stylist rate double I normally pay- Will not go again and if you don’t get price upfront be careful also you may walk out shorter style than wanted - don’t recommend Like a stupid person I took my son back some weeks later as getting school photos, again booked an appointment and again had to wait past the assigned time, they shaved the sides of my sons hair instead of cutting claiming showed him a photo which he agreed to and I wasn’t present when it was done (note I wasn’t going to sit and wait with him as he old enough due to her announcing she would be 10min last appointment time approx even though we did courtesy of turning up on time, yeah some run over I expect that but this was beyond that) , if important for them to have me there then should have called me or have son call before doing so as he is still a minor and new to services in retail practices , oh next when coming to payment wanted to charge me extra saying it was a style not a cut - beware seems this establishment makes up prices, as soon as you see blow dryer come out ask if you going to charge extra , decline wash and make sure clear on what you want

1 /5 Hi-Fi Food: wouldn’t recommend this salon at all. My friend went there, and the experience was terrible. The lady was extremely rude from the start. She quoted one price over the phone but charged extra when my friend arrived. Then she kept pushing for additional services to make more money. When my friend refused, the lady started taunting her and acting like she didn’t want to "spend money on herself." The behavior was completely unprofessional, and my friend felt uncomfortable throughout the visit. The positive reviews here seem fake or written by their friends because the service doesn’t match the hype. I also tried booking an appointment for myself once, but the lady was so rude over the phone that I decided not to go. Overall, a pathetic experience and not worth your time or money

1 /5 Susanne Dean: Absolutely pathetic, my mum went in with clean hair, hairdresser said she must wash it to cut it. My mum was only after a trim....$60 for a trim, you have to be kidding me, my parents are pensioners and this place is just ripping people off. DO NOT RECOMMEND
