4 /5 Josh Peters: We had an an amazing day here. Enough to keep all ages entertained all day. We wish it was open longer, we’ll be back for sure. The park was clean and felt well maintained, staff were friendly. We spent the extra on a VIP hut, which we feel was worth the money to have a shaded base camp for the day.
Now for the not so good parts, the VIP food ordering system was poor, it was hard to get our 15% discount and staff at the shops had no interest in applying it in person even though we couldn’t get the app to work.
The closing time of 5pm is very very firm, as in, everything starts to close from 4pm so you are out of the gates by 5…. Don’t think you can grab an ice cream on the way out to the car, it’s long closed.
Even though we went during a peak period, and paid peak prices, there were areas of the park closed and rides sharing staff so you had to wait for an operator to be free for your ride… this would be fine, if we weren’t paying peak prices.
Finally…. AVOID THE CHURROS AT ALL COSTS. We paid $24 for 4 hot churros, which turned out to be pre-made, likely frozen, churros, briefly heated in a toaster machine. Saying it was like eating cardboard, would be offensive to cardboard.
