1 /5 dilara boylu: I am writing to address an issue I encountered during my recent trial at Glowing Smiles Dental.
On the 5th of September, around 4:30 PM, I received a phone call from Elise at Glowing Smiles Dental. During the conversation, I was asked why I left my previous workplace and what my expected minimum hourly wage was, to which I responded $22. Without a formal interview, I was immediately called in for a trial, which took place on Monday, the 9th of September, at 12:15 PM.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Chelsea, who was very polite, and I was introduced to Elise. However, the experience quickly took a negative turn. From the moment the first patient arrived, Elise’s behavior was concerning. She displayed an attitude by rolling her eyes and speaking to me in a rude manner. Throughout the day, Elise continued to act unprofessionally, flicking equipment towards me and demanding that I retrieve or fix things without using basic courtesy. By the end of the day, her behavior escalated when she pushed a chair with wheels towards me, which could have caused an injury.
Despite working for 8 hours straight, I was not offered a break, and I had to endure Elise’s unprofessional behavior for the entirety of the day. It is clear that Elise lacks basic communication skills and manners, which significantly impacted my experience.
I hope this feedback can be used constructively to address the behavior I observed. Professionalism and courtesy are essential in any workplace, and I believe improvements in these areas are necessary.
