Always checked if I was doing alright and if I needed to stop. She was also had very competitive pricing. Highly recommended to anyone who needs any dental work done

The reception staff are also lovely and will follow up after procedures to ensure you have no issues or concerns. Fees are reasonable too. Just note that there are card transaction fees when paying, but you can pay cash if you want to avoid this

Patrick McLean Great and friendly practice. Dr Manju Gupta was upfront and broke down the costs and what was going to happen. During the proceed was fantastic at explaining what was happening during my wisdom tooth removal. Never failed to make me comfortable and at ease during the whole process.

My kids also used to visit Dr. Manju, and before every visit, they would ask, ‘Are we going to Dr. Manju?’ If not, they would refuse to go, as they feel so comfortable with her so she is the best doctor.

Fi Mamat Dr Manju Gupta is a very kind and gentle dentist. My whole family has gone to her to have our dental work done for almost 10 years now. Shes very good with kids too. If youre looking for a good dentist, you should give her a go.

I am terrified of dentist (as a lot of people are) but she makes you feel so comfortable, she’s caring and lets you know everything that is going to happen. She moved centres and I had to find where she moved to as I do not like anyone else. I highly recommend this dentist. I’ll be taking my kids to her and I’m not afraid for my next appointment! Dr Mitchell and his dental assistant, Trish were so lovely. My son was so comfortable and really enjoyed his trip to check his teeth. I cannot praise and thank these people enough. What really stood out was how thoughtful and calming the whole experience was. I got to watch my favorite show during the procedure, and Dr. Sahar was humming along to the music, which added a surprisingly comforting touch. It felt like a relaxed visit! I’m so happy to have found her — she’s now officially my dentist, and I already have my next appointment booked. Highly recommend her to anyone who feels nervous about going to the dentist!

A follow up call the next day after my tooth was removed was so caring and even a follow up free check-up a week later. From the receptionist to Perrys assistant was very comforting. Mia could not recommend this place enough, i’ve been going here almost 2 years now. My go to Dr is Jefin Mathews I have come here for fillings to clean and polish. He explains everything in detail, he’s very professional and kind throughout the entire process AND this clinics pricing is much better than anywhere else. The staff are very professional and caring too. Thank you ☺️

S K Stay away from this dodgy place. I called this morning to get a quote for clean only for my mother and was quoted $165. They charged my mom $200 though she repeatedly said to them that she only wants a clean, and she felt was pushed to get more treatment done. I found out this is a package price for check up, clean and xrays but she was charged $200 for only clean. The receptionist was so rude on the phone.

They keep you up to date with what their plan is and what different options you have to make sure you feel comfortable. And the clinic doesnt have that dentist smell!

Jian Li I have visited this dental clinic three times, most recently due to pain in one of my back teeth. I haven’t been able to use one side of my mouth for months. A few days ago, I had an appointment at 6:30 PM. On the day I received a call asking if I could come in earlier—I agreed to arrive at 6:00 PM. After being seated, I explained my pain. A young dentist briefly looked and said it was infection and that I needed a cleaning. He handed me a small mirror to show me some plaque on my front teeth. I mentioned I had a cleaning just a few months ago. He explained the importance of cleaning and asked if I wanted to proceed—I agreed. What happened next shocked me. Without any numbing, he immediately used a machine that felt like a drill, directly on the painful tooth. The entire procedure took about five minutes. then said finished, I went to reception and paid bill was $155. I asked why I was only given one tooth clean and how much a full clean would cost. The receptionist said the price was the same. I asked if I could have my whole mouth cleaned. After checking with the dentist, the dentist told me he used a "different method" and had cleaned three teeth at $50 each. When asked if I had anything to say, I was speechless. Walking out of the clinic, I felt deceived. I’m over 60 and have had regular dental cleanings twice a year for decades. But not only did this visit not help, my tooth pain has become worse. I will never return to this clinic.

Professional, fast but fastidious and explained every part of the process; she is well aware of costs and gave concise very reasonable quotes for future work. Work done today was painless and actually quite enjoyable (by previous comparison). Dr Wang is now my Dentist. :-)

dilara boylu I am writing to address an issue I encountered during my recent trial at Glowing Smiles Dental. On the 5th of September, around 4:30 PM, I received a phone call from Elise at Glowing Smiles Dental. During the conversation, I was asked why I left my previous workplace and what my expected minimum hourly wage was, to which I responded $22. Without a formal interview, I was immediately called in for a trial, which took place on Monday, the 9th of September, at 12:15 PM. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Chelsea, who was very polite, and I was introduced to Elise. However, the experience quickly took a negative turn. From the moment the first patient arrived, Elise’s behavior was concerning. She displayed an attitude by rolling her eyes and speaking to me in a rude manner. Throughout the day, Elise continued to act unprofessionally, flicking equipment towards me and demanding that I retrieve or fix things without using basic courtesy. By the end of the day, her behavior escalated when she pushed a chair with wheels towards me, which could have caused an injury. Despite working for 8 hours straight, I was not offered a break, and I had to endure Elise’s unprofessional behavior for the entirety of the day. It is clear that Elise lacks basic communication skills and manners, which significantly impacted my experience. I hope this feedback can be used constructively to address the behavior I observed. Professionalism and courtesy are essential in any workplace, and I believe improvements in these areas are necessary.

Katie Would recommend this place if you would like to be told what your pain tolerance should be. Had a wisdom tooth removed elsewhere earlier during the week and came here as I was experiencing pain. Told both “dentists” that I needed a lot of numbing. Was ridiculed and laughed at and only taken seriously after SCREAMING in pain. I then had the “dentist assistant” Joanne laugh at me. Instead of being showed any sort of compassion I was told this was the first complaint she has received in 40 years. I will be taking this further. Disgusting service towards someone who is already terrified of the dentist. Will never in a million years be back or recommend this disgusting place to anyone. Understandable you could fit me in with 20 mins notice.
