3 /5 Adv: Great service from both receptionist and dentist. I can tell they’re very professional. However… Adult with crossbite and was offered a full braces solution for 2 years almost $9k was quite unexpected A couple of more advanced technologies were not mentioned so assumed they don’t offer. Consultation $90 and you have to do your scans elsewhere. Went to another local orthodontist and got everything done within a day and services that meet my need and expectations.

5 /5 Christie Brewster: I have been a patient at Mount Waverley Orthodontics for the past nine months, undergoing orthodontic treatment as a mature age patient. The reception staff are warm and welcoming. Dr. Chia Ling Chou is a highly professional and studious orthodontist, demonstrating understanding and consideration throughout my treatment process. Having been presented with options for either clear or metal braces, it was specified that the process could take anywhere from 12 to 24 months. So far, the overall experience has been streamlined, and despite being my second time with braces (first was when I was very young, and not with Dr. Chou), Dr. Chous approach has remained consistently professional. Prior to treatment, scans were recommended to ensure a thorough understanding of my dental condition. In the dental chair, my check-ups are every six weeks and conducted with a sense of comfort and ease. Dr. Chou and the team maintain a balance of professionalism while engaging in lighthearted conversations, often joking about colourful bands. I, personally, opt for white bands to minimise visibility, and I am pleased with the progress I have witnessed in the alignment of my teeth thus far. Overall, my experience at Mount Waverley Orthodontics has been considered and professional, and I am grateful for the positive changes in my dental health under Dr. Chous care.

You will receive the most professional and intuitive treatment from Dr Chou and her staff will make you smile so hard you may break your bands! Given the amount of visits a normal course of Orthodontic treatment takes, if youre not spending Christmas with at least one of the staff then it will be a summer holiday in Rosebud! I cannot fault any part of their service and professionalism and am forever grateful that neither of my children can eat an apple through a picket fence anymore!
