I left feeling empowered to look after my health, and confident Im in safe capable hands. Highly recommend for anyone needing periodontist care.

1 /5 Angus Douglas: I had a really negative experience receiving treatment from Cindy Nguyen. On my last visit I reported that I was having trouble following the dental care routine prescribed due to the pain it was causing me. Cindys response was that she "couldnt brush my teeth at home for me," and that was as seriously as my concerns were taken. It was a humiliating experience and well below the basic standards of care I hope to receive from a healthcare professional. Ive made lots of bad health choices in my life, but Im trying to do better. I worry a lot about going to the dentist, because Ive got a lot of problems with my teeth and I worry that Im going to be judged on that basis. Unfortunately, thats the exact experience I had on each visit to this practise. I would recommend against coming here if you are dentist averse, want to feel like your concerns are being listened to, or want to feel like your healthcare provider sees you both as a patient and a person.

5 /5 Abi3165: For 40 years I have been petrified of going to the dentist! I recently visited Dr Ivan at Perio Partners and have to say that my experience was brilliant. The staff were professional but relaxed and helped to ease my anxiety levels with entertaining chat and music. Dr Ivan explained each step in my treatment and was very gentle in his approach. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I actually enjoyed my visit to a dental specialist! I highly recommend Perio Partners, especially Dr Ivan!

2 /5 Ben Trinh: My partner has been treated by Dr Cindy for approximately 12 months and it has been delightful. Today we had an emergency come up which coincided with a reminder text of an upcoming appointment scheduled for 1st July stating that if she did not confirm then the appointment by 12pm today it would be cancelled, as a result she took it as that and tended to the emergency with the thought of rescheduling after settling the emergency. At approximately 2.30pm she received a call from the clinic by the receptionist Ruby who was quite rude, blunt and dismissive over the phone, my wife was unable to get a word in. When asked when she could reschedule the appointment for my wife tried to explain that she would have to check her schedule and get back to her. Ruby insistently cut her off saying that regardless of whatever came up my wife should have called. This has unfortunately left us on quite a sour note as her prior experience has been very positive until this incident.
