From making the appointment to leaving with shiny clean teeth, the staff members work their magic in their roles to make sure every step of the process is well organised, professional and pleasant. I feel that I am handled with care and they go above and beyond to cater to the client’s needs. I have been going there for years and had my wisdom teeth extraction there— I couldn’t believe how quickly I recovered compared to friends who had it done elsewhere! I would highly recommend Shibata Dental.

I found the reception staff to be most welcoming, approachable, and professional. I have a nerve condition & they researched and went above and beyond to find out what was suitable for me. Yoshi & the dental nurse’s work well together, you feel instantly at ease with them. Yoshi is a very caring dentist who exceled in reassuring me and provided an excellent service pain free, he explained what he was doing every step of the way.
