1 /5 Cate Taylor: For a first timer having lashes done this was the worst experience. My eyes were irritated & tearing for days after. My lashes were hard, not soft, and clumped together it felt like too much glue was used. Whilst the technician was doing my lashes I could feel her applying lashes then taking them off & reapplying. I also had a bad headache whilst lying on the bed from the glue which did not go until the next day. I understand this was a trainee but she should have been supervised by a senior technician. She definitely was not experienced enough to be taking clients.
The fact that you responded to my review 3 weeks ago when I had my lashes done in November 2023 just shows how deceptive you are as a business. You & I both know I complained a week after my lashes were done as I tried to give them a chance. You offered me a refund only if I took down my bad review! You have done this to others I know who have tried your salon as your staff did a horrible job with their lashes also. I did get my refund but I refused to take down my review! How many other clients have you bribed in this way? You are running a dishonest & unethical business. Once I find the message you responded to me with stating the girl who did my lashes was very new & hadnāt had many clients or experience, I will post this also! Looking at your photos of past clients, almost all have red irritated eyes from the low grade, cheap & toxic glue you useā you are running a dishonest & unethical business!!!
