Fawaze El masri huge shout out to Al’s Gym for creating such an amazing gym culture. A special thanks to Aaron, the owner, and to Courtney, Billy, and Burke all of whom are just fantastic staff members. Al’s Gym is truly the people’s gym. The atmosphere is incredibly positive, with zero toxicity and a real sense of community. Everyone goes out of their way to help each other, and it’s just an awesome place to be. Their motto really says it all: Al’s Gym is the people’s gym.

Lara Great gym community (especially the early morning crowd!) I drive 20 minutes past several other gyms every day just to train here. Atmosphere is good. Everyone is pushing hard to be better, and it’s contagious. Plenty of equipment or variations of equipment to use when it gets busier. Receptionist Courtney always has a smile, even when it’s early and cold. Other gym-goers are pleasant. Feels like home.

Assmaa Zeno Amazing womens group with women across all ages and phases of life and very welcoming and friendly environment. Beyza is very knowledgeable and sets up her programs with intention so that you can mamximise the workout and progress in strength. If you need help improving technique, then her space is the place to be. She has helped me, through her cues, allow me to finally deadlift without backpain and finally deadlift my body weight effortlessly. She has also helped improve my squats just by adjusting my form slightly, throug her attention to detail when coaching her clients. Through her upper body program, i was finally able to get a pull up, a goal i have been chasing for years. Her programs are versatile and always loaded with skills that will help you unlock the best version of yourself. And the kids love her and look forwad to childminding at the gym because they have so much fun!

Suzana U Beyza is one of the most informed and skilled coaches in her field. Its due to her knowledge and passion that I have excelled in ways I didnt think was possible (hello unassisted pull up). She really cares about your progress and puts a lot of effort in all her clients. But more than all that she is genuine, kind, respectful and hilarious! She has created an incredible community that I am proud to be apart of.
