Viran Wick Jess and her team at Huddle are the best! Trained with most of this crew from the old F45 days, but the glow up with the studio and the commitment of the trainers with helping you reach your goals is second to none. Love the combination of wellness activities + training. Best trainers, community and space around!

Jim Wrench Ive been to a number of cross-fit style gyms over the past few years and Huddle Fitness is by far the best one Ive come across. Gaz has created a great program centered around cardio and strength training which is producing noticeable results. All the trainers are super friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable without being over the top or in your face. Huddle also has great spa and treatment facilities. My wife and I recently did their Nordic Therapy and loved it. All in all I cant recommend Huddle enough. Great team, great setup, great results!

A & B Wilson Ive been a member for over 5 years and I am so grateful to KTL for the guidance, support and fun achieving a healthier and better me! Surrounded by inspiring, motivated & commited members and trainers who genuinely want to help you be the best you can be. No workout is the same, you rock up to a session not knowing what your going to do, but the end result is always the same complete satisfaction that youve been challenged, worked hard and on your way to great results. You cant beat a workout outdoors, the open space & fresh air only add to the many benefits of KTL. I highly recommend KTL if your looking to kick-start your way to a healthier lifestyle and get your body moving!

Brendan Smythe At Key to Life the Trainers and sessions give you the opportunity to go outside your comfort zone within your fitness level. The sessions are never the same with a great deal of variety. The Key to Life Trainers take a personal interest in all individuals which goes a long way to push yourself further. I can highly recommend the KTL program for all Fitness levels but I can guarantee that if you continue to attend the sessions your personal goals will be achieved Regards Brendan Smythe

kimberley jordan I started going to Core Impact Health & Fitness only 3 months ago, Michael has been very supportive and has become a mentor for me, I could not be happier. I LOVE the HIIT workouts that they have put together, the exercises have so much variety, you really get a whole-body workout, and it only takes 30 minutes, with the option of staying longer to do more or to work on my flexibility, I always leave with a sense of accomplishment. I really enjoy the smaller classes, it allows Michael and Glenda to really understand your physical capabilities and gives them the opportunity to give individual support during the session. The individual support and encouragement I have received from not only Michael and Glenda but also from the other members, has kept me motivated and determined to continue my fitness and wellness journey. I also can’t wait to start having myotherapy treatments, that have just been introduced. 100% recommend Michael and Glenda at Core Impact Health & Fitness

Sue W I highly recommend Kira at Kiralee Jade Pilates. I had previously had Kira as an instructor at Viva Life Pilates so I knew how good she was. When I heard Kira was doing private sessions, in her home studio, I jumped on it. I had very little strength and balance due to a bad hip. As I await surgery for a joint replacement Kira has built me up again. Kira structured each session specifically to my needs. She also built my confidence and encouraged me every step of the way in a friendly and warm manner. Kira is just the best! And now I am strong and confident enough to join group classes and guess what? Kira teaches me there too… at Viva.

Linda McElroy Kira is an amazing Pilates teacher - patient, knowledgeable and fun! You won’t find better. The one on one classes Kira offers are especially ideal since having a baby. I can take my bubba with me and Kira will tailor the session to include some fun mum and baby moves! Would highly recommend!
