SHISHIR BANDHU PAUDEL Good trail for a walk for an hour and half, carry a bottle of water.

Damien Leong Very easy to find if you stay on trail. For the more adventurous, there are many unmarked trails to do.

Don Les A great place to get into nature. The walk is easy getting, steeper coming back, could be a bit of a slog for the unfit or elderly. Well worth the walk.

Nina Beilby Nice spot. Ive seen lots of families here playing with their kids. Groups of cyclists stopping for a rest. Hikers taking a well earned break. Its a lovely rest stop. Some good wildlife spotting too. Plenty of Lace Monitor and birds.
4 /5
Brandon Great for a leisurely mountain bike or hike. Just be aware the trail back to Acron oval is quite steep. Either way, its worth all the serenity, beautiful Aussie nature, and the actual cascades are peaceful and beautiful. You will likely have to bike or cross a couple of foot-high creeks so have appropriate shoes. A great escape from the city around it.

Sachith Weligepola Small walk (15-20 minutes one way) that overlooks the valley. You can see the power pylons on one side and the other side is all green! Amazing!

jason o Amazing views at the end of this easy to walk path. You have to park your car ten mins away and walk along a bitumen road to the substation. Then its just about 20m from there to the lookout Nice views across the valley towards Davidson and St Ives. I personally dont mind seeing the power lines across the valley, theyre interesting.

Norman Monshall Poorly signposted, no discrete viewing area, obscuring vegetation not trimmed. Could be a great lookout w some maintenance and expenditure.

Luke Vadekar Nice South/West facing viewpoint of the infamous Garigal National Park and the surrounding suburbs, such as St Ives, Belrose and Davidson. The only downside is that you cant drive straight to the lookout. You have to park at the gates and walk to the end of the road which takes about 10 minutes. Its definitely worth the walk because the view is great. Ive done astrophotography here and the skies are not that great. The Milky Way is definitely washed out and the light pollution is significantly bright in the south/west. The light polluted night sky is rated at a Bortle 5. Im probably one of the only photographers who would attempt night sky photography in light polluted areas such as this one, but i guess it was worth a go.
