Abigail Dettman I have been seeing Julie for over 15 years now for regular lash and brow tinting and waxing. My teenage daughter also goes to Julie for all the same treatments. I have also enjoyed massages and facials with Julie over the years. She is very customer focused and a skilled beautician. She has an especially gentle and kind nature which makes any visit to her a real pleasure. We always walk away from an appointment with her looking and feeling great. C S I have been to see Lani a few times for brow shape, tint and lash tint. She has done a fabulous job each time and I have loved the result. Prices are higher than other salons, but worth it when you get such great results. Only downside is communication. Last time I needed an appointment I tried contact via phone and did not hear back, tried instagram and same thing. I ended up waiting for the 15th of the month for bookings to open online, and booked and attended my appointment. Lani then rebooked me but I needed an appointment before this time so reached out to get an earlier appointment. No response via text. Tried instagram, no response. It’s not because she couldn’t fit me in because on instagram she posted she had free appointments for the actual day I had asked to come in?? I had to wait for my booked appointment, and on the day of my appointment Lani text me and canceled due to personal reasons. She asked when I would like to rebook for so I responded and asked if she had times on the following days, and I never heard back again. I hadn’t been a difficult client, so don’t see why… Have had to go elsewhere because it’s December and I can’t wait to see if she will respond. Unfortunately brows aren’t as good as when Lani did them but what can you do.

Natalie listened to exactly what I wanted and was able to achieve it with ease. Her fun and caring nature calmed my nerves on the morning of which was a great bonus. I highly recommend Natalie.

Tara Gillett I’m not someone who usually writes reviews but I want to now because OH my gosh, this is the happiest I’ve ever been with my hair. I had the best cut and colour I’ve EVER had here. I’m a Natalie stan for life and will continue to see her, I’m so glad to have found her! Pre-appointment: I moved to the area recently and spontaneously decided to make an appointment with Natalie. Her reviews all mentioned how kind she is and this is important to me. I have very fine + prematurely graying hair with a cowlick. In the past I’ve bounced around to different hairdressers trying to find someone who works with different hair-types and understands colour theory. I resigned myself to mediocre hair and resorted to box dyes because I was tired of paying money to have hair that I wasn’t super stoked with. I genuinely believed that I just had bad hair and although Natalie was kind and communicative from the initial text convo, I still went into my appointment with low expectations. The appointment and my hair now: amazing!! This girl is truly an artist and so skilled! Natalie managed to lighten my hair to a colour that I’ve been chasing for ten years. She cut my hair into a style that I was told by others wasn’t possible for my hairtype. She’s also a lovely person - warm, calm, easygoing. The salon vibes are immaculate and I genuinely felt like I was amongst friends. I left the salon so happy and am still buzzing. Natalie, thank you! You’re SO good at your job and I’m so grateful. I literally had to go back through this review and edit out some exclamation marks because there were too many of them, that’s how enthusiastic I feel and how happy I am! You are absolutely magic and I can’t thank you enough.

Carly Johnston Always extremely happy with Bellas service. Her skill and creativity in creating beautiful nails for me is incredible every time. Her room is so cosy and calm which I love as someone who is easily overstimted by noise. Pricing is very reasonable for Bellas experience and skill and is comparable to the nail salons in the area. Only nail tech who has managed to give me nails with a perfect retention record despite me being very hard on them. I wont go to anyone else now.

Olivia Carroll Bella became my go to nail tech within an instant of sitting down with her! I have had a few sets with her and I dont think Ill ever leave. Her professionalism, talent and extraordinary cleanliness makes her the best kind of nail tech on the job. My nails have never been this healthy and her service is so impeccable I drive over an hour to see her. 10/10 recommend so much Ive shown everyone that compliments my nails her page instantly!!

Alice Huddleston My experience with Bella has been nothing but wonderful. She is kind, talented, and easy to communicate with, and made me feel so comfortable during the appointment. I booked in for a gel x full set with complex nail art, and she completed these extremely fast with such an eye for detail, despite the complexity of the design. I was absolutely blown away by the results -- I haven’t even had them on for two days, yet I have been constantly receiving compliments from customers at work about how amazing they are. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

Ninny Had the pleasure of meeting Gabby today for brow tattoo. I didn’t have to wait, the treatment was seamless, lovely staff and premises and Gabby did a fantastic job! I’m so happy, they’re better than other brow tattoos I’ve had in the past that cost 6X the price. Just goes to show there a some people out there that don’t rip you off. Definitely recommend.

Gabby is not only incredibly skilled and professional but she also took the time to understand exactly the look I wanted. Highly recommend Gabby, she is truly amazing.

Bridget Rose !!!!! UNQUALIFIED ARTIST LACKING DUE CARE AND SKILL !!!!!! I Had two sessions with Gabby for combination eyebrow tattoo and lip blush tattoo. After the first session of tattooing had healed, I could see no difference and hoped that the second session would rectify this. However, after two sessions there was absolutely no visible difference to both my lips and my Brows. I sent through this honest feedback to Gabby who agreed with me that there was no noticeable difference. She later advised that I would have to pay additional fees in order for her to do another session and that these additional fees were for her to do the service correctly. I had already spent nearly $700 so I did not want to pay any more as I was unsure whether Gabby was even capable of providing the service that I originally asked for which she was originally adamant she would be able to provide. I spoke to Peter the manager who was obnoxiously rude. He admitted the fact that Gabby had used a colour that was too light for my lips confirming her lack of skill, knowledge and due care. Please don’t make the same mistake as me and waste your time, money and go through the excruciating pain of the tattooing that I did. Gabby blunted the needle every time she dipped it into the Ink. She uses an unsanitized glass dish and pushes the needle into the dish every time so the needle becomes less sharp making the treatment almost unbearable. This also causes way more trauma to the skin unnecessarily. The worst part about all of this is after the healing process / after your lips peel, there will be no pigment remaining. I never leave reviews but I don’t want anyone to go through what I’ve experienced so please spend your money elsewhere. It may be more expensive but you will actually get at least some sort of result rather than no change whatsoever. They promised me a full refund and then blocked me on every avenue so I’m now nearly $700 out of pocket and as someone who suffers from alopecia and needs eyebrow tattooing because I have no hair I now have to try and come up with another $500+ to fix my eyebrows. It is simply unfathomable that Gabby is still tattooing clients when she clearly has had no proper training. Her tattoo gun looked like it was from ali express and yes her tattoo services are cheap but I guess you get what you pay for and in this instance your paying for them cause unnecessary trauma to your skin. I have had cosmetic tattooing done for nearly 14 years and never been through such a horrific experience.

jenny nicol Best experience ever and Gabby did an exception job. I cant recommend Divine Beauty enough and you wont be disappointed. I expected to feel some pain but the procedure was painless. Go to Instagram and grab a special or a membership as you wont be disappointed. From start to finish it was professional and the surroundings are lovely.

Tia Oliver Ive been going to Natalie for my lashes now for the last two years now and she has become part of my essential beauty maintenance. Ive tried other reputable Lash Artists in the area and around and some were good, some were no thrills, some made me look like i was going to fly away and some were SHOCKING. Most, didnt last last the distance of 3 weeks. When I discovered Natalie she was my last hope because my experience prior was that I was happy with some of the results but I was not that fussed or impressed. Natalie actually opened my eyes to luxury as apposed to bottom shelf result. Her professionalism is flawless and knowledge is from YEARS of Certified Training and experience on all types of eye shape and natural lashes resulting in achieving beautiful lashes that last for 4 weeks or more. The Quality of products she uses are all A grade, and the glue (IMPORTANT) she uses does not irritate your eyes. Thank you Nat! I cant wait to see you in two weeks for my infill.

Melanie Lark Wandered in recently, and can higly reccomend this salon and the lovely girls who work there. I just wanted a basic shellac manicure. I was swiftly shown to a chair and given a basket overflowing with beautiful colours to choose from. The service was top notch. I will absolutely be a returning customer.

Oriana Neophytou Rose was exceptional, explained everything she was doing, and what the outcome would be, and why she was doing it and how beneficial it is. I had a hydrating facial and the eye treatment. It was absolutely magnificent. You can truly see the hydration and moisture in your face.

Haturini Chanel Horrible massage 1 star because I had to paid $120+ surcharge for credit card. The lady who done my massage horrible was not even good she had cheap plastic gloves that felt like a rubbish bag being scraped across my skin. I paid for a WHOLE body massage received almost the whole time on my back back of my legs my head pressed in here and there then feet no arms hands. Don’t make the same mistake I did going out to my original massage place where same thing plus hot stones for $95 and hopefully they can undo the damage that was done today.

bo lyu I did massage and facial with the deluxe package, it was so wonderfull, my neck was so stiff I couldnt believe my neck feel relax after this massage, very appreciated that. the beautician Rose did a fantastic face treatment, my skins looks so great , smooth and my wrinkle is obviously reduced. Gina marino Horrible horrible massage. I normally have a firm remedial massage and I asked for the same here. I felt like I had the speed of a continual roller coaster ride on my head and body. She was massaging my head with both hands so fast and rough I thought my head was going to break. Normally a scalp massage is so relaxing The lady didn’t speak a word of English and when I was telling her to slow down and not be so hard she had to go call another staff member to translate. I came out of there in a worst state than going in. Was in pain for days and instead of releasing tension on my muscles they are bruised and stiff. Won’t be going there again

Lovely staff and you always get a little foot massage and hot stones with your pedicure and a hot towels and little massage with manicure. Love it!!! I highly recommend!!!

Sharon Collaros My daughter and I have both been going there since they opened. We go every 3 to 4 weeks. Not once could I find anything negative to even say. They are the most beautiful kind girls and are so happy to do some of the silly requests we ask for. They do an excellent job. Nothing is too much trouble.
