Kaitlyn was not only professional but also super friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. I received so many compliments on my hair, and it was all thanks to her incredible skills. Sharon Rowley I recently had my third Keratin treatment by Kiara at Royals and Im really happy with the outcome. I would say this Keratin treatment lasts about 2 months for me but is so worth it as it takes the fuzziness away from my thick, long hair, which makes blowdrying soooo much easier and cuts my washing/drying/styling time down significantly. My hairdresser, Kiara always gives me great tips and honest advice and, I feel, she genuinely cares about my hair health. I never feel rushed, am provided so much attention to detail and also love that the salons located within a smaller shopping village. I look forward to my next visit :)

SAMEER DESAI This place keeps changing with new shops added every now and then. However, few shops have been operating since the beginning of this centre. Lovely place with a traditional community vibe.

Danielle Chapman Poor customer service. First experience with one hair dresser was good however two subsequent visits have been very disappointing. They don’t ask questions on booking, and then are surprised when you arrive at the length of your hair or colour needs. Lots of attitude. No thanks

Chanel Tun I asked for an ash tone on my dark blonde hair, the lady did warn me it would turn out darker than my friend’s but it turned out looking pitch black which is a huge contrast to my previously bleached hair. I was so disappointed as my main hairdresser said I can’t go lighter anymore, so now I’m stuck basically brunette which isnt what I wanted. The photo of me with the bows is the result of this.

H S Worst hairdresser ever. Spent only 5 mins and not even gave the proper haircut. You asked them 1/4 on the side and they will give 1. Never going to try again and not recommended at all.

Dean Pinchbeck They didn’t listen to what I asked for, they cut my hair way to short and I told them not to and they cut it very uneven and overall was a very bad experience
