Dennis W Got a 60 minute facial here. My skin was glowing after. The beautician was very attention to detail and didn’t rush the facial at all. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, providing customised and personalised treatment suggestions which best suit your skin condition. They aren’t pushy to sell you any treatment. Clinic was clean and easy to get to. Highly recommend!

MIA LEE I did eye lash perm myself and majority of lashes were burnt.. so i waited for 3weeks to be grown a bit longer. I sent photo of my lashes to the technician, so I been there my lashes were still looks funny and she fixed it up!! They were professional, trendy designs, friendly staffs and nice location. Love it!!

Jane Liu I have been going to Bella as my hairdresser for many years. She is very attentive, friendly and always does a great job cutting my hair, doing treatment and colouring. She has been flexible and always doing her best! My family member also get haircut from her now. Thanks so much!

Donald Lui Decided to try Jackys Hair for my hair cut this month. I was very happy with the cut. I booked a time online (which was very easy and quick). I was attended to at the booked time. No waiting. Gave some vague instructions about how I wanted my hair (basically, cut however he wanted, just not too short). The cut was done well and I quite liked it. Then got a quick shampoo and final touches. Happy with how my cut turned out, and will be going to Jackys Hair for my hair cuts in the future.

Fiona Absolute waste of money and terrible customer service. I paid $50 for a wash and blow-dry, expecting a professional result. Instead, my hair was left curly and frizzy—not what I asked for. When I returned after having to fix it myself, they blamed the rain (which I never walked in) rather than taking accountability. I had to speak to the boss over the phone, who outright refused to refund me, claiming that’s what a “blow-dry” is meant to look like. Apparently, if I wanted straight hair, I should have paid extra for an iron or chemical straightening. Unbelievable! If you’re looking for quality service and professionalism, avoid this place at all costs.

Merry Bui Worst haircut that i ever had and a very bad customer service experience. The quality has gone down so much, hairwash is basically a dash of water with minimal rub and the cut was uneven on two sides with barely any attention from the hairdresser. The hairdresser pull my hair so hard as it is some weeds. I used to come here all the time for haircut and lovely Korean lady and hairdresser would be so gentle very attentive to the cut and how I want it to look. The quality is no long matching the fee, would not come back.

K P I am truly devastated. I have been growing my hair for a long time for a perm and needed a small clean up cut. Showed the barber John, the guy with glasses a picture of exactly what I wanted. He decided to carelessly cut very fast and aggressively exactly the way he wanted and not what i requested and like the picture. I ended up with a nasty undercut and too much of my hair cut off. I am truly embarrassed with the way I look and have lost months of saving my hair. Words cannot describe my embarrassment & sadness. I would not wish this shame on my worst enemies.

Lilian Huynh I’ve never had lash extensions before so I was extremely nervous about the whole process but Janie has such a friendly and welcoming personality, I immediately felt comfortable since she discussed different styles and asked for my preferences before the process. Her energy/vibe is so calming and the atmosphere is perfectly balanced, I fall asleep every single time. Personally, I get scared when asking questions but Janie always answers with so much detail that it’s reassuring. Overall, Janie is so sweet and dependable, I would highly recommend her to everyone ♡!!

Cheyenne Whitby Academy goers beware!! Overpriced- undervalue customers. Was quoted $60 for pedicure. Foot spa and massage chair out of order resulted in a small bucket being filled to wash my feet. No spa, no massage, no foot soak, didn’t clean under or around toe nails, over used equipment was unsanitary and over used. I kindly asked when I get to pick my colour and was informed, $30 extra bringing the total To $90. I respectfully rejected the colour as the service didn’t reflect the pricing. The staff were rude and laughing at my enquiries. Please beware.

Janice Wei “I didn’t have a very good experience this time and won’t be returning. I was charged $30 for just a trim on my son’s already very short hair, which feels unreasonable, especially since one part was over-cut, leaving hair missing. For my own haircut, while the hairdresser was lovely, the pricing seemed inconsistent and unclear—different people charge different amounts each time, which is frustrating.
