Chanel is always very punctual for her appointments in fact I have never had to wait, she is always ready to go as soon as I arrive. Her Salon is so clean and modern and she has created such a relaxing atmosphere that I often find myself falling asleep. Her work quality is absolutely amazing and she always goes above and beyond.
