Mariam W I can’t recommend Bare Beauty House enough! Naomi has been incredible, working with me over time to restore my hair’s health. She took the time to do strand tests, created a customised plan for me, and talked through when and how it could be achieved. It made such a difference and I’m so grateful. She was able to do what a number of stylists had tried but couldn’t. Also, the salon itself is the perfect escape—relaxed, mellow, and never overwhelming like some busy, high-energy places. It’s a calm and welcoming space. If you’re looking for a stylist who truly listens and a salon that feels like a retreat, then this is the place to go!

Nanny Bev was wonderful and my daughter had a lovely time playing with toys and reading books while I got to relax and enjoy my treatment. Brow lamination with wax and tint by Lucy - looks fab. Would highly recommend to any mummas looking for some “me time”.

Fiona Ashmore I had the microdermabrasion treatment and, true to the name of the business, it was pure indulgence. Rita is a master of her art! Totally professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt totally relaxed and pampered. I would recommend Rita and her treatments to anyone who needs any skin conditions addressed or just wants to feel very special. Looking forward to seeing Rita again soon.

Caro Cousins Before writing this review, I reached out to Aqua Vitae management to express my disappointment and share my experience directly. I was told that the Director and Founder, Melissa, would contact me to discuss the matter. Its now been nearly a month without any follow-up, which I can only interpret as a lack of care for both the business and its clients. I visited Aqua Vitae twice in April — first for the Pure Heaven Day Spa Package, and two weeks later for the Illuminating Facial. Unfortunately, both visits left me deeply disappointed. The therapists demonstrated a clear lack of confidence and professional experience in their facial and massage techniques. In fact, I’ve had better head massages at a hair salon. Their touch was so light and ineffective that it made the experience feel awkward and frustrating; at one point, I even considered leaving. In particular, the facial massage lacked the essential techniques used to stimulate lymphatic drainage and promote detoxification — such as upward strokes along the neck and around the eyes and brows. Instead, the movements felt no more skillful than how one might rub in a cleanser at home. At no point was I asked about my comfort level or whether the pressure needed adjusting. Additionally, I was 26 weeks pregnant and required to be slightly elevated to avoid pressure on my back. This was clearly unfamiliar to the therapist, who simply offered a pillow for my head. Aqua Vitae presents itself as a premium spa, but unfortunately, the level of service and expertise does not reflect this positioning. To meet the expectations of clients, it is essential to employ therapists who are not only trained in technique but also understand physiology and the power of intentional, confident touch. Given the lack of follow-up and the underwhelming service, I will not be returning.

kal di I have seen their post in our community Facebook page group. I have book service on Wednesday and I have confirm with them on Tuesday evening by phone. Their salon was closed when I reach there. Omg.. no response to my texts and call… go to hell.. ur business won’t be successful.

Mell landvogt Disappointed. i have been buying hair extensions for years from different suppliers and these are some of the lowest quality I’ve received. the hair itself is average, but the clips are cheap and horrible. After only a few wears the clips have already stopped working and won’t clip down properly anymore. I’ve had to throw away one piece of the set already because due to the clip quality it’s unwearable. I wouldn’t be as upset if the extensions weren’t so expensive, these are the most expensive extensions I’d ever bought and I would have expected that for the extra money I would have gotten better quality but I was wrong. It’s a shame because the length is something I searched everywhere for but the quality makes them unwearable

Eloise Coates Fran is an exceptional nail tech. She is a perfectionist in a good way, pays attention to detail and is extremely talented at nail art. I always leave in love with my nails and the BIAB lasts me over 4 weeks which NEVER happens if I go elsewhere. Fran is honest and friendly and not afraid to try any idea you may have. I will never go anywhere else again. I highly recommend!

Lyanne Thain Elodie is a magician, she completely transformed my hair from drab to glossy blonde with a keratin and balayage treatment and then did my wedding hair all within 2 weeks notice. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, nothing ever feels like too much trouble. Highly recommend

James Wolf I saw Dr. Ozman a few weeks ago. He saw me on extremely short notice for what I believed to be an in-grown toenail which I needed to sort urgently ahead of a trip to NZ for a multi-day hike. Dr. Ozman was extremely professional and helpful and laying out my options. He did a minor procedure on the day, and within 48 hours I was able to commence my 60KM hike. The toe has continued to heal exceptionally well. Thank you to Dr. Ozman for your help! Highly recommend.
