Katie Bird Three months ago, I pre-paid for a 3x facial treatment plan due to the good value offered and good reviews. Today was my final pre-paid for facial and any chance (which was relatively high) of me returning and/or re-signing on to a further set of facials was completely obliterated because of the pushy sales tactics I experienced throughout my facial. I was attempted to be sold on signing up to another package before, during (!!!) and after my facial - completing ruining the relaxing facial I had pre-paid for today, or any sense of respect that I felt as a client. It left me feeling anxious throughout the facial and grateful to have a reason to rush out at the end of the appointment. I felt nothing more than an ATM and I’m shocked given the luxury experience this was meant to be, and the likely effect businesses like this are experiencing in a cost of living crisis. This business has lost a customer due to how they interacted with me today, and then invited me to share how I felt by sending an SMS and email with a link to leave a review - well, I’m doing as you requested. No, I don’t recommend this business to friends or strangers.
