Nat Watson I’ve been coming here for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. I used to see Hayley and was always happy with the result, but recently used Stacey and have to say Stacey has a great work ethic and really knows her stuff when it comes to colouring and treatments. She’s also meticulous when it comes to standards of service. She listens to what you want but is capable of giving advice to make sure you’re happy with the finished result in the long run!

Well, after my first appointment with Stacey (four years ago), she proved them wrong! She truly cares about my hair and I know I can always count on her for honest advice. Jonathan Said Earlier this year I was excited to see a local barber open down the road from me. Hesitant at first (as I had been going to my previous barber for over 20 years) I thought I would give it a go and lucky I did! I now go weekly and my kids also get their haircuts from here. Its the true Barber Lounge experience and Huss, Joe and Wendal always greet us cheerfully and provide an awesome haircut!

Shelley Bays After having a terrible experience at another salon just weeks prior I was given a voucher for style express and hoped that my experience would be improved from the last. I made my concerns aware to the stylist when I arrived and she was so understanding and patient she made me feel very comfortable and understood my concerns I have very long hair and sometimes salon visits can take awhile and feel arduous. I had my hair washed, a root touchup, cut and blow dry. The whole experience from start to finish was very comforting and I felt very looked after. The end result is probably the best I’ve had in years. My hair is so shiny. The colour is perfect and my overall experience left me feeling excited for my next visit. Thank you so much, Stacey I’ll see you in six weeks x

Poppy Moustakas Disappointing experience overall. The owner Chloe never acknowledges you unless you’re a regular, which makes you feel like an outsider and less important. After my last visit, I received a call saying my payment hadn’t gone through and was asked to pay again over the phone. I checked my bank statement, confirmed it had gone through, and sent proof, but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being accused of dishonesty. On top of that, I could clearly see her speaking about me to other customers through the mirrors - completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this salon if you expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy.
