I’ve tried so many high-end salons, including Edwards & Co., hoping to find someone who could cut my hair evenly or get my color just right—but I always left disappointed. Sam truly listens, and what sets him apart is that he’s not afraid to share his expert opinion. Since seeing him, I get nonstop compliments on my hair. I’m so happy I found him—he’s worth every dollar.

J H Josie has been my hair dresser for over 10years. Since moving areas Ive tried other highly recommended and quality salons but no hair dresser can work with my hair or blow dry like Josie. With the other salons I always walk out and having to go over the blow dry at home and in some cases just washing the blow dry out because its just ridiculous . But with Josie same consistent results and I always get complimented on my hair .... Also Jossam specialise in colour, my sister is only ever happy dying her hair here because they always get intended colour..... So now when I can I make the time to drive approx 45mins away to get my hair done.

Suzie OLe Hair Obsession is an amazing hidden gem. Service is always friendly & welcoming, Bec is an experienced professional who makes my blonde highlights look so natural people dont believe its not coloured. I love the massage chair whilst you have your hair rinsed. Youd easily drive by it if you arent careful but its luxe inside. Did I mention how reasonable the prices are?!

Sarah Sultan I had my first appointment with Sarah recently, and I’m absolutely blown away! I’ve always struggled with my hair. It’s thick, and a challenge to manage as I have 2 different textures due to previous chemical straightening that’s growing out. Sarah completely transformed my hair and made it look effortless. She took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me practical advice on how to manage it better moving forward. I’ve NEVER had a hairdresser smooth my hair so perfectly, and it’s never looked this shiny before. Smoothing out my curly and frizzy roots has always been a challenge with many hairdressers and either I get burnt in the process or it remains frizzy. Somehow, Sarah managed to get my roots unbelievably smooth and shiny without burning my scalp, something no other stylist has been able to do! I’m beyond impressed! I always dread getting my hair blow dried due to the high heat and inevitable burning. But it was the most relaxing experience, as it should be! Oh and how could I forget. The best wash and head massage and a hairdresser who actually applies heat protectant and distributes it properly!! She worked her magic and I left feeling like a new person, with hair that was both manageable and beautiful. I’ve never been this happy with my hair, even after just one visit. Sarah is genuinely exceptional at what she does and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I will definitely contact her again for any future makeup and hair styling needs. 10/10 would recommend

Gonflyn I have curly hair and sometimes its hit or miss as to what kind of cut Ill get. Usually the problem is the blending between the short sides and the longer hair on top, but George blended everything seamlessly. I think its about the best haircut Ive ever got, verified by my wife. You can tell he knows what he is doing, he is quick and efficient and I didnt have to wait long. Reasonable price too, I will be back.

Aman saini Possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve had, I walked down to the shop as it’s in walking distance to me, the shop online shows open and so did the front door, the door happened to be locked with no one in sight and all you can see inside is a chair with hair all under the chair so I assumed it’s been used recently. After seeing that sight i thought I gave the store a call incase they’re on break, a lady picks up and I see her pop out from the back of the store, I cut the call and waved at her so we could simplify the communication. She walked up to the door with a dis interested face and looked annoyed to see me, anyways I asked her that I wanted to get a hair trim and she went on to tell me that the eftpos machine isn’t working and I will need cash, I mentioned to her that I don’t have it on me but I can go get after, she said no I can’t do that because someone before did that and went on to tell me that I can go get the money while she cleans the hair under the chair. In all fairness I understand the eftpos machine not working and cash being the only option but the store is literally empty, not a person in sight, instead of building a loyal customer you’ve lost me at the entry, it’s sad to see someone open a hair dressing shop and expect it to just work without any experience of customer service, I’m Sorry Joanna but you actually have to learn customer service before you think of running a business of this sort, I can see why your shop was empty, I can see why people have given the reviews they’ve given! Its time to look in the mirror and see the problem!
