2 /5 Liz K: Walked in and the girls just gave me the biggest side eye and continued gossiping and laughing. One girl eventually walked over and served me but was super unhelpful. I asked her if I could try on a smaller size of the bracelet and she’d say “this fits you better” “the other one will be too small”. I had to ask multiple times for her to bring me a smaller size. I also asked her if she could clip the bracelet instead of she placing it at the bottom of the wrist (near my hand) and she’d just blankly look at me. One of the oddest interactions I’ve had. I did buy the bracelet because I’ve wanted it for the longest time and I love it, just wish the staff was better.
