In searching for reputable antique jewellers, I was pleasantly surprised to find Jordans website. It is clear and showcases a range of items available.
I am a “fussy bride”. I already had an idea of what I wanted, including to match the beautiful high set 1950’s engagement ring my fiancé gave me :)
Tim at Jordans Jewellery instantly recommended rings with elements that could match my engagement ring: high set, stones neither too small or large.
He is not a pushy salesman. He allowed my fiancé and I to spend our time looking around the shop, weighing up different options.
We were able to narrow it down to a couple, and after advice on resizing, I chose an “understated” five stone Deco number. It stands out on its own, but also doesn’t overshadow my engagement ring. I’m so happy!
Tim is the “real deal” of jewellers. He was able to visually assess and give me honest information about a range of rings. It was straightforward to finalise the sale, and he even resized it for me over the weekend (thank you).
I was very excited to pick up my wedding ring! Now I have to wait til November to wear it.
