Took 4 more days to repin a watch band that fell off the day after I picked it up from having band replaced.
On top of the extended wait when they could have just used the band from their display stock, which they did after waiting 6weeks for a replacement band from Casio.
Happy and pleasant when selling ro customers, but not very helpful when it comes to repairs and customer service related to repairs.
It has not been a good process so far!
I picked up my watch band on Thursday night. The staff swapped it out with the window stock band.
I put watch on Friday morning and half way to work, the pin popped out and the watch band fell off.
I rang the store and explained the situation and was told to bring straight back in after work or Sat morning and theyll have a look at it.
Depending on how this issue plays out will depend if I ever purchase from Richmond again.
I have been waiting over four weeks to have a Casio G-Shock watch band replaced. Was told the band was in stock and available through Casio and they would send it as soon as I left a deposit to order. I paid for both the band and fitting in full and still have no watch.
I went in to see them on the weekend to chase up what was happening. I was informed it was still in stock on Casio site. I was then told that "it has been ordered, but Ill chase it up on Tuesday when I am in and will call you with an update"
It is now 1pm and still no call. Ive rung the store twice and no one picks up the phone.
Am tempted to just cancel the whole thing, get a refund and replace the band myself.
They were all perfectly fine when I purchased the watch, again when I went in to arrange for the repair and pay for it in full.... Since then I have had no contact, no updates, and no customer service what so ever.
Surely customer service is a must in a retail business.
Never again at Richmond store.
