5 /5 Angus Ellisdon: Great gym and facilities. Always tidy and well kept. I have been going here for 4 years and it’s fantastic every time. I train with Mitch McInnes (PT) he and the rest of the team are fantastic and supportive. Highly recommend joining. It will be your best decision.

5 /5 Brendan Wong: AF Caringbah is a fantastic gym with clean and modern amenities. I love the interiors with its spacious layout, high ceilings and the fact that its not hot and stuffy. For me, the highlight is the designated lifting station with multiple squat racks. Platform may be a tad small for anyone doing Olympic lifts. There is an extensive range of gym equipment to suit whatever workout youre doing. The gym also has a large studio and adjoining stretching area outside. Bathrooms and toilets are clean which is definitely worth pointing out.

I love the gym community, the range of equipment and the fact that the premises are clean and provide cleaning provisions to wipe equipment after use. Trainers are professional and offer assistance if you ask. I enjoy the 5:15am class on Thursday mornings. Thanks Troy for all you do to run this class, truly inspiring and professional!
