5 /5 Jasmine Ryan: One of the best gyms I’ve been too! All the staff are down to earth and super welcoming. My partner and I signed up a few months ago and absolutely love it - especially the atmosphere and classes. It’s also a large space so it never feels crowded or feels overwhelming (there’s even room for have a sled). I did a 1-on-1 with Regina and she is incredibly knowledgeable and has great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a gym in the area ☺️

5 /5 Liam Noble: Best gym Ive ever been to tbh. The staff who run the place are so kind and welcoming, making the sign up so stress free. Absolutely love the space, it feels nice and open, with all the machines you would need. Machines are all NEW too, so makes using them very easy. 100% worth signing up for this gym over the other more commercial gyms like Anytime Fitness etc.

5 /5 Pauline Price: I attend the Classics class with Regina. As an older person safety is a priority for me and Regina is a great trainer, making very sure the class participants are doing the exercises correctly. She varies the circuit components to maintain interest week after week. She is encouraging and patient, knows everyone’s name and is an all round excellent trainer. This class is very affordable and great value for money. I also enjoy the social contact of the group session. The gym itself has been upgraded recently with new equipment and a general facelift. I am no hesitation in recommending this class to anyone in the older adult category.
