Matt Stone Im a seasoned ultra marathon runner who has run many 100km and 100mile ultras. I joined The Body Transformation Academy (BTA) specifically to improve my performance at the Ultra Trail Australia (UTA) 100 mile race. Aiden and Holly helped me significantly increase my strength and quickly identified and fixed areas of weakness. The result was an impressive improvement in my endurance capability. Despite an Achilles injury I was still able to run fast at the 150km mark in the race and I finished in under 30hours. ...not bad for an injured 49 year old! BTA fixed weaknesses I couldnt find or fix on my own (despite an existing regime of basic strength work). I highly recommend the Body Transformation Academy to anyone wanting to improve their running.

Jason walker Absolutely love training at Anytime Fitness Clyde North! The gym is always clean, well maintained, and never feels overcrowded. The staff are super friendly and genuinely helpful they take the time to get to know you and support your goals. Great range of equipment and a really welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Milly Iaconis Replying to Nat Omama. I saw this interaction and I’m unsure why you are making such a big deal. The scanners weren’t working. Everyone was asked to re-scan. You weren’t chased down and you aren’t special. Chris is a sunshine and it’s so unfair of you to criticise someone for doing their job, especially with a system that is new. Shame on you.
