5 /5 Victoria: Denise is amazing! I’ve tried out a few reformer Pilates classes before coming to AXYS and Denise is by far the best instructor I’ve come across. She’s the loveliest person and has a great little studio, which is perfect for those who really want a knowledgable and motivational instructor who pays attention to the needs of all her clients. Highly highly recommend!

5 /5 Kelly Cook: Denise works with you to tailor a sweat inducing, booty burning, ab crunching, full body workout. Her knowledge and passion is evident in her teaching. Always encouraging with a sense of humour. I’ve done group pilates sessions before but nothing beats 1:1 or 2:1 sessions in this beautifully laid out space. The calming, grounding surrounds help with the recovery. I really enjoy every class and look forward to the next. I would totally recommend.
