Soomaiya Akhtar Khan I absolutely love Urban Pilates! I’ve been coming for about a year now, and it has made such a positive difference in my body. It was my first time trying Pilates, and I instantly fell in love with it. The studio itself is beautiful and has such an uplifting energy. What I really value is that even in group classes,the instructors make sure to give everyone personal attention. You never feel lost — they check in, correct form, and keep you motivated throughout. I’ve trained with several instructors, and all of them have been fantastic. A special shout-out to Paris, Slaney, Clare, and Vanessa (having 4 favorites tells it all!). cail thomson I worked with Jayden for the past few months following a knee surgery. He was very helpful with his approach and tailored program which would help me recover and get me back to training. He knows his stuff and I would recommend him to anyone recovering from a sports-related injury.

Maison Benson at Level Up offers great Personal Training and Basketball skill development. I’ve improved my vertical jump from touching the rim to basics dunks and gotten better pasting my defenders with his handle drills. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thanks for all the help! Sam Buckler Outstanding gym, positive and friendly staff with large variety of machines, benches cardio equipment, weights and a spacious upstairs functional area. Change rooms are also great, comes with a few showers and many lockers. A relatively small price point for a large and well managed gym. 5 stars.
